After joining the Security Industry in a junior position, Ronnie Welman worked his way through the ranks and has held numerous Senior Management positions in the Contract Security Industry, the Security Department of a national Parastatal and a leading Bank in the Financial Services Sector.

In these Senior positions, it became evident that a niche market requiring a company that offered cost effective, flexible and specialist tailor made services that were not readily available existed. As a result of these specialist needs, Odyssey Security Solutions (Pty) Ltd. was established.
